The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 4534 - “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-1-22, relating to requiring certain boards of licensed health professionals to designate a staff member to act as victims’ advocate.”
